It is possible to write NEET even if you already have another bachelor's degree. While studying pharmacy if her interest is in MBBS, she should be thorough with her concepts and study NCERT Textbooks thoroughly. She should also solve MCQ questions. She can appear for NEET while studying in Pharmacy college but if she qualifies and decides to take admission in MBBS college, she will need original certificates at the time of admission.
