Congratulations on clearing IIT JAM. I am sorry to tell you in genrgen category you can not get an IIT with a three digit rank. NIT are also a slim chance. Last year the closing rank for biotechnology was around 50 in IIT.

I would suggest you to also apply for IISERs, they call people till 200-300 ranks. You will have a better chance there.
