Hello, HBTU Kanpur is a very good college and getting CS is very diffult as cutoffs are very high.

Last year fourth round of counseling cutoff for CS for Obc category was 24505- 31889
And this is crl rank so, it looks not possible for you to get Cs here.
But you can apply for counseling and may be you would get other branches.
