Well, basing upon your rank in JEE MAINS, you may get admission into some of the NITs like NIT AGARTALA, NIT PUDUCHERRY, NIT ARUNANCHAL PRADESH, NIT JAMSHEDPUR, etc in metallurgy, bio technology and similar branches. But you can apply for other deemed universities and government engineering college in your own home state offering computer science engineering .
