With this rank it is difficult to get CSE in government colleges like ( GOOD NIT S AND IIIT S and other good colleges like DTU NSIT pec etc.).
But may get CSE in low ranking IIIT S and other colleges.
You can take CSE in state government college or in any good private colleges ( like cu; Thapar ; Delhi regional college ; Murthal ).
You should work for advanced and secure good rank to take admission in IIT s.
