brother sastra doesnt require your jee main rank, sastra have its own entrance test as it is autonamous so you have to write that entrance to get in to sastra other wise you wont,your 12th mark is good

 I don't think you will get a seat in top Niits anyway it depends on your caste and the cut offs of that particular college.
