No it is not possible for you to get the govt. college in any state for the medical or any other courses. Even finding out the seat is very difficult for you due to the low marks. As the govt. colleges require the marks above 500 and you are around the qualifying marks only so it would be very difficult for you to get the seat. There can be the option of the private colleges also for you and you can go for the other courses also other than medical or dental courses.
