sorry to say that there are no chances to grab a seat in mbbs. scoring this much marks wont help u at all. so can take a risk of drop or change ur stream.

You haven't specified your rank  so I consider it to be of general. With this score it's no possible to get government medical college. You can opt for private or deemed colleges in counseling.
