Dear Prateek,

The closing ranks for all the IITs(even the new ones) for OBC category as per last year is below 4000(maximum, the worst case). This year the opening and closing ranks may vary, but not by a large amount(only by 100-500 maximum). So with 5166 OBC rank in JEE Advanced you may not be able to get an IIT.

There are 11289 IIT seats in India and your rank is 5166 and also you are from OBC category so you can easily get a seat in IIT.

Maybe you wont get a seat in top 4 IITs but you will definitely get a seat in other IITs.
