In order to get either ECE or CSE with an OBC-NCL category, I'm afraid an OBC rank of 3723 is not going to get you there. If we look at the last years' data for the closing ranks of CSE department itself, the final seat after the final round of counselling was alloted at an OBC-NCL rank of 2301 in IIT JAMMU
