sir my st (female) preparatory rank is 155 , can i get cse or ece in any iit? please help me

You do not have chances to get seat in Electronics and Communication Engineering with preparatory rank as per the previous year cut off. Depending on factors such as total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available, the cut of shall increase or decrease.
