Hii aspirant,

Coming to your question I would like to tell you that you should not have to pay again as the amount has been debited to your account and regarding the status it will change , it is delayed due to the technical reasons ,

Sir I have already paid the amount for second time and took the payment receipt printout will that amount which I paid earlier refund?
