The basic criteria is that the candidate should have passed Bachelor's degree with minimum of 55% aggregate scored in the last qualifying degree or 5.5 CGPA scored out of 10, for general category. So the graduation marks are taken into consideration. There is no minimum percentage required in class 12 for being eligible for appearing the IIT JAM examination.
