You cn surely cinvert Loknayak jaipraksh institute Chapra for Civil engineering and Electronic engineering under BCECE.

You can also convert following colleges :

Nalanda college of engineering
Saharsa college of engineering
Shershah college of engineering
BP mandal college of engineering.
