Since your rank is less than 15000 , so you may not be getting good NIT and IIIT . The chances decreases but again you can get NIT through homestate quota . If you want good branch then go for reputed private engineering colleges . Like

If you belong from Delhi region then apply for JAC Delhi counselling . you will surely get DTU ,NSIT or IIIT -DELHI Or
if you are from punjab region then apply for JAC Chandigarh . you will surely get PEC college

Hello Abhishek,
Considering your rank 44680 in jee as general category rank. By this you can get the following branches without home state quota:
1.NIT Srinagar:Chemical engineering
2.NIT Srinagar:Metallurgy
But if you have home state quota of some North Eastern NITs like Arunachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir you can get CSE in them.
But instead of them you can go to some GFTIs which are better than them.
