Yes, You can get admission in btech. course.But due to your poor rank you will get only private colleges of your state.That is not a good option for your career.I would recommend that if you can work hard and dedicated than prepare again for the JEE exam.You have a complete 1 year for preparations.But consider this option only if you know your capabilities.Just give some mock tests online to check that.
