Dear aspirant  

Well if you are looking for government college in south india then yes you may try for it .as you are belonging from sc category that a good point for you. 

But it is very much clear  that  this year competition will gone very higher as the cutoff also goes higher. 

So 331 is may be fine marks  for your category also the no. Of candidates participating in exam are more .

But still try your level best just participate in NEET ug counseling session as per dates  and schedules  .

Also i m suggesting you to go through the state quota counseling process where your chances are  fair.
