Yes you can definitely get deemed universities. You need to apply for counseling or you can individually contact the college and go for the admission procedure.
Since the cutoff was 134 and you have scored above it, 422 marks is a good score to apply for colleges.

The admission in deemed or private college or university will be absed upon the merit rank of the students state wise. So it would be difficult to tell you accurately about the above mentioned college. You go for the counselling rounds and then after you will be able to know the possibility of getting the seat in there. It can be said that you can get the seat in medical college but you may have to go for the private institutes due to low marks.
