I don't think you have enough chances of getting NIT but I think you might be eligible for IIIT's with 82.33 percentile in JEE Mains 2019. You can wait for the 6th or 7th round. You are in a very tight position so you might get lucky. Otherwise you have good chances of IIIT's. I hope this information was helpful!

Congrats on your JEE Main rank. NIT and other colleges use the general rank you scored and category you belong to process admission. Marks won't be used because many students might get same marks. Your admission is totally based on your general rank and your category.
