At this rank, you won't get decent ranked NITs, IIITs or GFTIs. You might get the following colleges:
- All the northeastern NITs except NIT Silchar
- Lower ranked GFTIs like Aizwal University, Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology, etc.
- IIITs like Bhagalpur, Ranchi.
