Dear Sangam, you havent mentioned your Category. Neverthless, in 2018 under State quota, the cut offs for various Categories for BDS have been as follows:

                                              AU            SVU            OU

General Category:           421              456          415
BC:                                      330              392          399
SC:                                      344              373          319
ST:                                      295               391         348

So with 436 marks you have a chance for a seat in a Government Dental College if you belong to Reserved Categories only. But if you belong to General Category, then you might have a chance in Private Dental College. Now this is 2018 data. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats availble, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
