414 is a low score if we consider the last year's cut off marks for OBC category in Andhra Pradesh Medical colleges. The cut off marks for various colleges of Andhra Pradesh State Quota in AU and SVU quota was 450 and above for OBC category. The cut off for All India Quota was more than 480-490 marks. Therefore, looking at the last year's score, the chances of admission are less.. 

However, if the cut off score for this year decreases due to the difficulty level or number of students appearing for the exam then you may have a chance for admission.
