Dear,  Mini Gopakumar you have not mentioned the category rank of your son. If 95 is the category rank he is not going to get an IIT. As there are only 105 seats in total. If 95 is the open category rank he is having a good chance.

UCEED releases three admission lists, i.e., three consecutive cut-off lists every year. Last year, the highest rank that was closed in the third cut-off list was 988 by IIIT-D college. Although, the cut-off figures vary from year to year but with your rank. I would suggest you wait for the UCEED counseling to begin.
