Dear Saurabh, in 2018 under State Quota an All India Rank of 4362 secured 469 marks and secured a seat in Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya Medical College under General Category. That was the cut off for OBC Category. Now with a State Rank of 5600 it is difficult for a seat in a Government Medical College. You can get a seat in a Private Medical College while with a rank of 4300, your sister is very close to a seat in a Government Medical College. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats availble, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
