300 marks have little chances to fetch you a seat in a course like B.H.M.S in Telangana state. As you have already mentioned about your category being BC B category, I can say you have hopes to land in a decent college.  Other than that, there are various other deciding factors as well, like your rank,and the college you're specifically applying for.

The cut off depends upon the number of students appeared and qualified, the difficulty level of question paper as well .
The cut off marks of a college depends upon the number of students expected to  apply ,as well as its overall ranking .
According to experts the cut off this year is going to increase which will be somewhat around 240+ for OBC and 120+ for OBC-PH.
With your marks ,you have good chances of getting a BHMS seat in Telangana .
