The first round of neet has ended on 8thh July and the second round registration were started on 11th July  so the vacant seat list had been displayed between that time period.  

You can check their official website to know how many seats are left vacant.

I would like to inform you that after the first round of admission counseling ends, there will be a display of list of colleges, along with the type of seats which are vacant, on the official website of NEET examination. Kindly refer to the same.
