If you belong to general category then sorry to say but with 532 marks you have a very minimal chance to get a government medical college.You were very close.Minimum marks that can get you a govt medical colleges is 550.But don't feel disheartened and i suggest you should take a drop and prepare more hard and i belove you will get into in the top most college next year.
