In haryana there is no separate entrance exam conducts by state technical education board to admission in bachelor in technology courses. however haryana state technical education board conducts the counselling based on jee main score,. so you have to take participate in the counselling process, however for admission in nits, iiits, gftis you need to participate in josaa counselling. I suggest you to appear in both of the counselling of josaa and state counselling by  Department of Technical Education, Haryana.
