Dear candidate

Yeas you are eligible .you have to produce a provisional certificate of your result during your admission to show the administrative that your aggregate in graduation is par with required. Usually admission takes place in July.

I guess till then your college would be able to give you atleast a provisional certificate.

The detailed eligibility criteria are there in a link provided below kindly go through the link then you can be able to know whether you are eligible to apply without the result or not.

The application has started from today i.e 3rd June 2019. The tentative date for the exam is 30th June and the result is going to come out on 25th July 2019.
