Dear Student,

You must have these qualifications although your grace marks do not dircetly affect your eligibility in NEET or in MBBS admission process as suggested by MCI(Medical Council of India).

1.ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • You must have the necessary aggregate marks in the qualifying exam.
  • You have passed the class XII qualifying exam.
  • You must have Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology as their subjects in Class XII.
Percentages which make you eligible for the exam:
  • UR- 50% marks in qualifying exam.
  • OBC/SC/ST - 40% marks in qualifying exam.
  • UR-OPH- 45% marks in qualifying exam.
  • OBC/SC/ST- Physically Handicapped - 40% marks in qualifying exam.

2.Other Changes:

1.Candidates belonging to UR category aged above 25 years.
2.Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC and persons entitled for reservation under the rights of the persons with disabilities act,2016 aged above 30 years.
3.Candidates belonging to NIOS(The National Institute of Open Schooling)/State open schools
4.Candidates who have passed biology as an additional subject.
5.Candidates who have passed as a private candidate.

Therefore, in my perspective, Your Grace marks do not cause any troble till you fulfill these qualifications and other changes.

Hope your doubts are cleared.

BEST OF LUCK!!
