Hey sneha
If you gave neet this year but did not score good marks then you can give it next year. In a drop year you can join any college or bachelor's course. But make sure you focus mainly on neet. There will be no issue with you joining college in a drop year while preparing for neet. So yes you can go for this decision of yours.
