VIT BHOPAL campus is faar better than the ABES Ghaziabad in terms of placement , ranking by MHRD , teaching faculty as well study environment. Eventhough in VIT you will get many chances to develop yourself not only on curricular but in extra curricular too. So i think you should go with the option VIT Bhopal.
