For NEET Examination you can refer NCERT textbooks of 11th and 12th standards of Physics, Chemistry and Biology. Along with NCERT you can refer from following books :-

Physics :-

  • Fundamentals of Physics by Halliday Resnick and Walker
  • Concepts of Physics Volume 1 and Volume 2 by H. C Verma
  • Numerical Physics by I. E Irdov
  • Objective Physics by D. C Pandey
  • Feynman Physics

Chemistry :-

Organic Chemistry :-

  • Organic Chemistry by Morrison and Boyd
  • Organic Chemistry by O. P Tandon
  • Organic Chemistry by Solomons

Physical Chemistry :-

  • Chemical Calculations by R. C Mukherjee

Inorganic Chemistry :-

Begin a career in Medical and Allied Sciences. Admissions Open for

Apply to Emversity Allied Health Sciences programs

  • Concise Inorganic Chemistry by J. D Lee
  • Inorganic Chemistry by O. P Tandon

Biology :-

  • Trueman's Biology Volume 1 and Volume 2

Now from these books you can clear your concepts. There's no need to refer from every book. You can select 1-2 book/s for each subject. For Multiple Choice Questions you can refer NCERT at Fingertips by mtg for every subject.

Also refer past year papers to be familiar with the type of questions that come in NEET examination.

First and Foremost book for Biology must be NCERT textbooks of 11th and 12th standards. And practice Multiple Choice Questions based on NCERT so thoroughly that if any question is asked from it you should know the answer. This will help a lot if did sincerely. After which you can go for Trueman's Objective Biology. Do not continuously study for 2 hours. Studying for many hours is important but after 50mins to 1 hour , close your eyes and relax for few minutes then again start studying. Make sure the break is of few (2-5) mins only. To study well a student must prepare notes. I would suggest to make notes with colourful pens with each colour highlighting important points. This will make revising Biology easier. Also practice diagrams in Biology. Use highlighters to mark important points in textbook. Also do not study a single subject for hours. It then becomes boring. Give equal attention to every subject everyday as they are all equally important.

Hello Shankar..

Thanks for contacting careers360..

Best books for NEET exam:

PHYSICS: 1)HCV 1 &2 ( H.C.Verma)
2) Physics Neet for everybody by C.P.Singh, Cengage 1&2- damn good examples.
3) { For practice, you can refer to Dinesh or Errorless , just for widened experience, don't buy, borrow}

CHEMISTRY : 1) NCERT( v.v. imp)
2) GRB “ A Textbook of ” series for all physical, inorganic and organic.( Better to get the JEE version for organic- triplet authors. The NEET version is enough for the other two)
3) { For practice, problems of P.Bahadur are enough, again try to borrow, don't buy everything}

BIOLOGY: 1) NCERT( line by line knowledge is mandatory. Here's an example: in NEET 18 there was a question regarding the NATIONALITY of a scientist and that's given in NCERT.) For practice , MTG fingertips is preferred. It's quite good.
2) Trueman objective biology( It's humongous, but it covers almost anything that has the potential to be asked)
