Apart from that you can rely on the following practice books for physics: Problems in General Physics by IE Irodov, Concepts of Physics by H. C. Verma (it has very little introduction to theory)

For chemistry: Practise books by VK Jaiswal (Inorganic), MS Chauhan (Organic) and N Awasthi (Physical).

For practise I suggest you to need to subscribe or purchase a test series as test series always warn you to study regularly. As well as you can get idea of your rank in the public. So it give you information about you level. And it will cover hard medium and easy questions from the chapter so I suggest you to join a test series.
