I scored 200 marks in april attempt... My exam was on 8th april 1st shift... Will i get PEC chandigarh or NIT kurukshetra with this score as various rank predictors are showing my rank above 20k whereas carrier360 is showing it between 5-6k...

Your rank will not be 20k.
But it lies around 9000-10, 000.
You can get into nit kurukshetra with this score
