Hello,

Food technology deals with the product and production. It deals with using the technology in the food production system. Food processing is the technique of processing and preservation. It involves the use of scientific ways to protect food. You can take admission in any of these fields based on your choice.

Hey buddy,

Food technology is deals with the production processes that make foods. Whereas, food (process) engineering deals with microbiology, applied physical sciences, chemistry and engineering for food and related industries.

Hope it helps.

All the best.
