As per AICTE notification the seats are only for studios but economically weaker candidates, you can get this if you take admission in BTech bpharm bhmct or BSc course in all private colleges. Those seats are the limited to maximum 5% seat capacity of the course. Actually it is quite impossible to tell the highest rank because it totally changes every year and it depend on your general rank ,cast ,the college and the branch .in general it is 3000 to 5000.
