It is dependant on various factors like No. of seats available, no. of candidates appearing for the exam, difficulty of the exam and the top NEET score. So if you are from General Category and if the top NEET score is 600, you should score 300 to be qualified for NEET. If you are from SC,ST,OBC then your score should be 240.
