You need to ask this question to yourself. What are your short-term and long-term goals. Introspect a lot and you will have your answer. Be fair to yourself

All the best!

Hi Aditya,

Your academic scores are good enough for both SSC CGL exam and CAT exam. Which one to choose is completely up to you. I’m sure you know that SSC exam is for government jobs and CAT exam will lead you to the doors of IIMs or other top B-schools. You’ll be studying for next two years. So, ask yourself, do you want to do a government job or you want to pursue MBA and then work with corporate firms?

The pay scale is different in both the cases. If you pursue MBA from IIMs, you might end up earning very well but that will be a private job. On the other side, government jobs have a lot more security and other benefits of being a government employee.

Hope you are able to choose one now. All the best.
