For this year the exam is over,but you can apply next year.Every year wbjee application is released from november and you can fill till january from its official website.First candidate have to register for at the portal ,then candidate will get their user id and password at their gmail or mobile.After that you have to log in and fill the application and upload the required document.Then submit it.For more details check the link below.I hope it helped
