You cannot correct your name, registered phone number and email ID. The alternate ways to resolve your issue is to take a new sim with the same number as soon as possible. You will receive important details through registered email ID so may get OTP to your registered email ID. If that is not the case please contact KEA helpdesk. Write and email mentioning your details and your issue to keauthority-ka@nic.in or call helpline no: 080 - 23460460 and ask if there is any possible to change the registered mobile number.
