The second round of counselling is the tricky one. There is no scope of free exit in round 2. That means once you have been alloted a seat in a college you need to join it. And if you choose to not join then you might even be excluded from participating in further counselling. Also the security fee wont be refunded.
So be wise while choice filling and during counselling
