As you know there are 15% seats on all India basis to get admission in Veterinary Sciences Education. To get admission in any government veterinary College they must considered neet rank as there admission process. According to the numbers achieved in NEET exams the admission process works. Cut off vary every year based On the difficulty level of the paper. It's also depend on the category, the category you belong to like Open, SC, ST, OBC. As per previous few years data for unreserved category students minimum cutoff rank was 300000 approximately. So minimum 400 marks needed to get any bvsc seat.
