see neet 2021 Information brochure is not released yet. as per previous year data, candidates have to provide at least 4 exam center name while filling neet ug form. so despite of belongs to any particular home state your may give exam center name as per your current residence and status. since this year exam form is not released yet I suggest you to wait once the application form would available every thing will be clear.
