Mechatronics Engineering is a Mtech course.

only 2 NITs and IITs offers mechatronics engineering for MTech:

NIT Surathkal
IIT Patna

NSUT Delhi and IIET Shibpur are also good ranking colleges which offers Mechatronics engineering.
