Hi, aggregate of percentage are looked at during the admission procedure. The chances of getting into government colleges is very slim. You can always try for private colleges and apply for scholarship at the same time to get a fee wavier. If your average percentage comes up to 90 or around then you have a good chance of getting into government colleges. Hope this helps.
