If your NEET 2025 confirmation PDF has been generated and received via email, it means your application has been provisionally accepted for now. However, during the scrutiny process, if NTA finds the wrong document uploaded, they might:

1. Open a correction window – You may get a chance to re-upload the correct document.
   
   
2. Reject the application later – If no correction is allowed, they may reject it during verification.
   
   What You Should Do Now?

• Wait for the correction window (NTA usually provides one before admit cards).
  
  
• Contact NTA helpdesk via email or phone and explain your issue.
  
  
• Keep checking your email and NEET portal for any updates.

If the correction window allows document changes, you can upload the correct Class X certificate then.
