Yes you can apply for both the quota .But if you have accepted the seat alloted by AIQ and have taken admission then you may have pay lakhs of rupees.
So never try to waste the seats of medical colleges.There are lakhs of students appearing and still getting nothing .Be a noble person.Before applying to any counselling research cut off and everything and then apply .And if you accept seat after allotment and take admission you will have to pay penalty.
So either don't accept the seats and don't take admission .And then apply for state counselling.
