Hey,

It usually take two-three years (max 4 in special circumstances)  to get the degree from the college. If you're a passout of 2011 and have not got your degree yet then you need to contact the college premises and let them know about that and get your degree as soon as possible. Also till then you can apply for different government exams from your provisional certificate/ marksheet which you must have got from your college.
