Dear Abhishek, AP MBBS seats are categorised into AU, SVU and OU. Now the cut offs for each area for BC have been as follows:

AU: 484
SVU: 473
OU: 458

Now with 508 marks, your seat depends on the area you belong to. But you have a fair chance at a seat in any of the top Medical colleges of your area. In AU, you can expect Rajiv Gandhi Institute if Medical Sciences, Srikakulam and RIMS Ongole. These are 2 Govt. Medical Colleges that you have a shot at.
